Experiences & Accomplishments

• With more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in income producing properties, shopping centers, buildings and land in Houston, Danny and his team have leased, managed, brokered, and developed more than hundreds of thousands of retail square feet along with conducting multi-million dollar transactions with large and small landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers, and investors.
  
• Prior to owning a RE/MAX commercial real estate company, he worked with other prestigious companies such as Henry S. Miller Commercial, Raintree International, and Yancey Hausman & Associates.
  
• With his specialty and experience, Danny has helped tenants located the right locations while getting the best possible deal. He helps landlords fill up their shopping centers with the right tenants, from mom and pop shops to nationally accredited tenants such as Subway, Family Dollar, Nationwide Insurance, H&R Block, Timmy Chang’s, Cricket Wireless, A Dentists, etc., for properties ranging from less than ten thousand square feet to over one hundred thousand square feet. He has also successfully completed deals with Eckerd, CVS, etc. Danny assists buyers in finding the right investments/portfolios whether it be from shopping centers, income-producing properties, or land. Sellers always find the right buyers in the most reasonable amount of time with the highest possible selling price while working with him. Danny Nguyen is a problem-solver, is resourceful, and definitely knows the art of the deal.

Attitudes & Philosophies
Having practiced commercial real estate for over ten years, Danny loves what he does. When asked why Danny Nguyen is always enthusiastic and passionate about real estate, he quotes Confucius, who says, “’Find a job that you love & you will never have to work a day in your life.’ This career is a good match of my talents, skills, education, background, and my philosophy in life. I love what I do.”

He is a strong advocate of freedom of enterprise and especially appreciates this particular freedom among many other freedoms of the United States. Having realized his entrepreneurial dream, he wants to help as many people as he can to accomplish the same dreams. This is why Danny formed the Vietnamese American Houston Chamber of Commerce.

Danny believes in specialization - knowledge depth rather than becoming a “jack of all trades.”
